We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, personal checks, money orders and PayPal Accounts. Personal Checks require processing time before shipments are sent (usually 3-7 days depending on the bank location). Products will be shipped immediately after funds have been secured by 1AFlooring.com.

How do I cancel an order that has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled without any cost to the consumer if the products have not been shipped. Please contact ASAP in the case of a cancellation. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped it will be subject to our standard restocking fee and the canceller is responsible for return shipment costs and arrangements.

How does the warranty work?

Products sold with a manufacturers’ warranty will be honored by the manufacturer. 1AFlooring.com will assist the consumer in getting the proper attention to any warranty issues. A good warranty is very important when it comes to investing in floors. All floors sold by 1AFlooring is backed by a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise noted. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your flooring warranty.

PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE: This product is manufactured according to the highest standards of quality. However, should any material not meet your requirements, we must be advised PRIOR to installation. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept responsibility.

All dispute will be settled according to MA law.
