Our experience with 1AFlooring.com was OUTSTANDING. The website and the phone service was the best experience we had in the many projects we managed while renovating our new home. Their contact on the phone went above and beyond coordinating the shipment of the flooring so that we could plan on our end. I refer 1AFlooring.com whenever I get a chance. I called to speak with an associate to ask a question about the flooring I required. I was told that 1A was one box short of my required amount and it would be backordered for 10 days from the manufacuterer. My order shipped 3 days after I placed it. I got excellent customer service even though my product was not in stock and was backordered. The shipping was quick and I had my floor in no time. Thanks!!
