I have used this flooring in a hall way and adjoining kitchen and den. I installed it myself using a small compressor and stapler gun. I improved as I built the floor. I find this flooring to be above par in finish, construction and over all quality is high. You can spend a lot more, but why? The only complaint I have so far is. I wish the board was 1/8" thicker for longer durablity when re sanding. I am about to place an order to do my living room 13'x30'. See how the knees hold out!! I bought the past materials for over $5 bucks a square at home depot!!! Then I started shopping!! Hope your delivery and quality is up to par!!
