I called to speak with an associate to ask a question about the flooring I required. I was told that 1A was one box short of my required amount and it would be backordered for 10 days from the manufacuterer. My order shipped 3 days after I placed it. I got excellent customer service even though my product was not in stock and was backordered. The shipping was quick and I had my floor in no time. Thanks!!

I ordered my flooring on Sunday and it arrived in perfect condition on Wednesday. The 2 phone calls I made for follow up questions were answered by a friendly and knowledgeable person. No wonder they have been in business for 25 years!

I've been able to find name brand products at better prices than I can find at retail stores, AND deliver has occurred within just a few days. All deliveries have been flawlessly perfect!
